FIIs Are Back: Top Stocks Foreign Investors Are Betting On in Q1 FY26

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) became net purchasers in the June 2025 quarter after unending liquidation of Indian stocks till March this month (2025). They were investing 38,668 crore rupees in the Indian stocks. Nevertheless, they retreated in the debt market and it led to the net investment amounting to 3,197 crore.

Such an inflow of FIIs is an indication that people have become bullish on the Indian economy and its long-term prospects as well.

Now, we would like to have a closer look at those companies that have been drawing maximum FII investment and why they are simply in vogue.


1. Embassy Developments Ltd. (EMBDL)

Embassy Developments is a large real estate name in India. It provides reasonable and luxury houses besides dealing in about commercial ventures and SEZs too. It has significant presence in Bangalore (23%), Mumbai (9.4%) and Indore (2.1%).

FIIs upped its holding by 12.2 percent in Q1 FY26, and this took its holding to 28.13% .

What attract FIIs to it:

  • The company has future projects of 48000 crore in the next 3 years.
  • The predicted figure on FY26 alone is 22,000 crore.
  • They also want to increase the pre-sales by 150 percent to 5000 crore.
  • Lately bought a land of 1125 crores to one of the international semiconductor companies in Bangalore.

Financial Highlights:

  • Sales increased by 134 percent (114 percent more than last year) to 889 crores.
  • The net profit changed to 123 crore in profit, compared to an 111 crore loss.
  • EPS rose to 1.06 up to -1.83.
  • Its P/E of 93.5x is far above industry average at the present time.

2. The Advanced Enzyme technologies Ltd. (ADVENZYMES)

This is the first enzyme manufacturing company in India and the second-biggest market share of the company in India. It has:

  • 8 manufacturing units,
  • 400+ products,
  • Clients in more than 45 countries.
  • 17+ patents, and
  • More than 25 years of experience.

The share of FIIs also went up to 23.45% in Q1 FY26, an increment of 11.55%.

Why FIIs are interested:

  • The human nutritional industry is projected to be 3461 crore in 2030 and Advanced Enzyme will take 1700 crore.
  • There is a huge potential of growth in the probiotics and bio-catalyst segments.
  • It is competitive worldwide as the cost of production low and its entry barriers are very high.

Financial Highlights:

  • The number of revenues increased by 5.93 per cent to 167 crores (YoY).
  • Profits after tax declined by a margin of 1crore to 27crore against 30crore.
  • EPS went down to 2.37 against 2.53.
  • The P/E of trades is at 27.8x, which is lower than the average in the industry.

3. Zinca Logistics Solutions Ltd. (BLACKBUCK)

BlackBuck is the largest online trucking service of India. It has services, such as digital payments, GPS tracking, vehicle finance, Fastags, and loyalty programs. It owns 45.5 percent of the market share in the Indian trucking industry.

FIIs increased their position by 8.93 percent to 20.52 percent by end of Q1 FY26.

Why FIIs are interested:

  • Was granted license to PPI (Prepaid Payment Instrument), meaning that it is able to control payment systems better.
  • Created a new type of software-certified hardware qualifications of ICAT to improve the customer experience and supply chain performance.

Financial Highlights:

  • The revenues were improved by 29.08 percent to 120 crores (YoY growth).
  • Converted a loss of 91 crore to another profit of 281 crore.
  • P/E ratio stands 24.9x at an amount that is a bit below the industry average.
